why throw in the comment then? shared platform or not, i wasn't talking about the WRX, nor do i use it to gauge the performance of other cars.

Are you serious? I was stating similarities since the two models have been compared in the thread. I'm shocked I actually have to explain this, this is common sense.

and the fact that the WRC WRX STi makes 300hp from 1500rpm all the way to 7000rpm linearly


I am liking the saab alot, except the HP differences between it and the subie. I wonder what aftermarket is avail for them?

Also that said, I hated the interior of the WRX, it felt cheap and plasticy like I would break something, and for a daily driver car I would much rather have the Saab.

I don't espescially like the lineup that Saab has lately, except for the Sedans. But I like the 92x okay, except for the fact everyone is saying how slow it is.

anything available for the wrx is available for the saab. its basically a saab body on the wrx platform.
