Ocean City, Maryland. What to do?
Planning a little trip to Ocean City, Maryland over Memorial Day weekend with the gf. Never been there, anyone know what there is to do around that area?
What street are you staying on?
There's clubs and stuff down there...I haven't been there in a couple years and from what my friends have told me it's kind of gone hill. But I seldom take the advice from others so.....There's alot of younger people there, since it's more of a family oriented vacation spot. Nonetheless you'll have a good time with your girl....it's pretty much what you make of it.
Have fun!

Seacrets is getting kind of trashy.
We always stay on the 131st block. You can take the Assateguea Island tour. Rent bikes before 10am and ride the boardwalk. There's gokarts on the 30th block I believe.

i just got back from oc actually.
ocmd is seriously going downhill.. :wiggle: they are making too many places to stay/live and not enough new restaurants or things to do. it gets insanely crowded in july/august.
my grandmother owns 2 houses in the water on 52nd street where we keep the jet skis and the boat... been going there every summer ever since i can remember.
as for things to do- umm, eat. lots of awesome places to eat. go karts (speed world 30th street, or baja off rt50), mini golf, boardwalk, fishing, jet ski, parasail, assateague island tours, theres outlets off rt50 and up in rehobeth, de. sea rocket boat ride, theres lots of night clubs and shit if you're 21+.
may i recommend a few places to eat?
harpoon hanna's (just over the DE line)
harrisons harbor watch (at the very end of the boardwalk. at the inlet)
fager's island (60th st? somewhere around there)
mackys grill (53rd street. you can see my house from there)
big peckers (77th?)
hoopers (just over the rt50 bridge)
breakfast - HAPPY JACK PANCAKE HOUSE > *
milkshakes/ice cream - dumsers dairyland. theres one on 50th and one on 125th. also a bunch on the boards.
candy/taffy/fudge/ice cream - candy kitchen. theres tons.
gotta get fishers pop corn. caramel corn. best ever. theres one place on the boards, and i know theres a few up town.
 ...what else..
im pretty much an OC local so feel free to ask any other questions.
i hate seacrets. its 2 blocks away from me and its really loud. they also tore down my favorite sub shop (alaska stand) to make a bigger parking lot for seacrets. DIAF
