let's see..
1br apartment here, rent is like $1000-1100, 500-750sq feet
or
1 master bedroom (same dimensions as a two car garage), share 2100sq' house, wood floors, help with house maintenance (painting, gardening, trash) and groceries, rent is free since I go to school.
although, I'm moving out later this year, sometime in the fall
h:rent is going to suck, but I need to get out on my own since I'm getting old
h:plus side, I don't have to worry about telling broads I still live at home (even though I can do whatever I want, no restrictions since my dad and I act like roomates) :deek:
