YEA i figured that out already, and was able to light the 1st torch. now for the 2nd.

you have to have the little guy that pulled the lever for the catapult go back into the house. turn the water on flow to the right, have a 2nd blob come out (open the window) and then click on the blob once it falls to the ground, it'll then jump over and blow up the bomb under water. then you move the stairs to the left next to the "monster" box.
lastly, ring the door bell and make the guy come out again. Right as he's reaching the top of the steps (next to the monster box) you have to click on the box for the top to open. Have to be quick or you miss it, then you start all over again. If you get it right then a "monster truck" with the little guy riding it bust out the side towards the water. last thing you have to do is lift the gate under water before the truck gets there. The little guy will take it from there. Oh, of course you have to flip the switch underground to light the portal.
The only glitch in the game I came accross was near the end, of course it would be there making me have to go back and do the whole thing over again. It's when you open the monster box to have the guy fall in. I got him to fall in, but it never registered that he did and the truck never came out. :dunno: Had to start over, I dont think you can 'fix' it from there, I think it's a glitch in the game or something.
