Is sign language universal?
I was just wondering, if a hearing impaired person from china talks to a person here in america, will they understand each other with thier sign language?

well, at some of the viet stores you just point at the menu and they understand and then you read how much the total is off the register. pull out cash, receive change, smile, step back...
