how to get rid of my bacne?

no matter how gently i wash it or how hard i scrub it, it wont go away might even be getting worse :wtc:


and no, i dont use steroids.
and yes, i shower regularly.

hit up safeway and get the "on the spot" acne treatment. Its comparible to the neutrogena stuff, but a lot cheaper. Just rub that on your back twice a day, and it should be gone in like 3-5 days. Make sure you wear two t-shirts though, because it will bleach anything thats colored.

When i had that prob in high school the doc told me to use any kinda body wash that is antibacterial...like Lever 2000.

Also, he told me that if you use conditioner, make sure to use the conditioner first and THEN use the body wash. Cuz conditioner that doesn't rinse off of your back will make it worse.

Oh and her told me that being out in the sun too much can aggrivate it for some people....

don't wash your back as much. i actually stopped washing my back every day and only do it like once a week now, no more back acne problems

is dove antibacterial? :thinking:
most soaps, other than dove, dry my skin out like none other
