im sooo effing heated right now
last night i was driving on this road near my house that goes between Tweed Airport and its emergency landing field. there arent any street lights on this road and there are potholes all over it (this road has been like this for roughly 12 years). well i was driving on it last night at around 11 and i hit one of the potholes and popped my front passenger tire, these are new tires too. i might have even bent my rim, i dont even think konig even makes the greenlights anymore. i called the new haven clerks office and they are sending me a claim paper. anybody think they would pay for my rim or tires?
if the road has been like that for a long enough time yes....they have to post a sign w/in a week or something to cover themselves though....and if they do, they can say that they aren't gonna pay. (Like that in MA and FL anyway)

Is that the only road that will get you to where youre going? Im trying to figure out why youre taking a pothole riddled road that you know has been that way for 12 years. It was bound to happen.
