i used to drink roughly a can of pepsi a day
lately its been much lower - maybe a can or 2 a week
lately ive been hooked on arizona green tea

those cans of the tea are 3x the size of regular cans of soda but contain the same amount of sugars (17g)

im getting on in my years and im becoming more concerned with my health lately

i guess i could brew my own green tea and add honey but you know we all get lazy sometimes

 

in it's pure form it can kill me....





but then again I'm diabetic h:

you already knew that, but i still had to type it h:

it'll get you fat too! and weaken your bones....and raise your sugar level (obviously).... increase risk of cavities....

 

very bad. you should drink nantucket nectars. they're like snapples, but they use cane sugar and real ingredients, and they're yummy

 

pure white cane sugar is actually pretty bad too.
makes the bones more brittle.

 

Get a filter pitcher like a Brita or Pur that you stick in yer fridge.
