Default Summer Six Pack

so what do i gotta do to get a six pack these days? Im a real skinny kid but i still dont have a flat stomache, my back is kinda arched weird so it makes me look like i kinda got a gut.

Should i just do a ton of situps or crunches? I dont really like to do those b/c it ends up hurting my back really bad.

I assume running would help alot to?

Any help would be appreciated :happysad:

Work on your diet, drink lots of water, do crunches, twist crunches, leg raises, etc.
