Personal Experience

CTR is my favorite":
Pro: It is light, but not flimsy, has some weight to it. Don't like light knobs. It is not the same as the ITR one, from my experience.
Cons: Ti absorbs heat from sun on a hot day, and cold from freezing days, so... that and it's a bit on the pricey side.

Skank 2:
Pro: Shape is nice, pretty direct shifting feel, relatively inexpensive.
Con: a bit too heavy, and it is not the same as the ITR, as people say. Much heavier and different shape.

The one gotJDM posted is nice, was going to get that, but didn't like ball shaped knobs.

Currently running a Razo weighted leather knob:

Pro: Leather wrapped, red stitch, weighted. Somewhat perfect weight.
Con: Overall shap takes some getting used to for me, but is similar to a few factory knobs.

Out of them all, I'd say go for the Skank2.. or if you can get a factory RSX option one for a good deal, that's pretty nice too.

I've tried putting other shift knobs on...nothing else looks right.

Personally, I love this style:

That's what I have, it's awesome, can't go wrong with it. Although, the new style they make is a bit different.
