The only time I really drink soda is when I'm pulling an all nighter to do homework, or woke up early to do homework, or just need to do homework. Then I chug a 20 oz bottle of Mountain Dew every coupla hours. But pretty much the last homework assignment I'll ever have to do is due in an hour, so I guess that's not much more soda drinking.

(This is of course not counting all of the tonic water I drink with gin when out at the bars. I'm pretty sure it has a buncha sugar in it. h:)

So cut out say 300 calories from the soda, but let's double up on the deep fried french fries?

that's still 300 less calories than if they had gotten a regular soda.

Is this too confusing for you?

this is true, it isn't healthy for you and didn't they do a study a few years back that showed that lab rats got cancer from diet soda or atleast from ingesting nutrasweet which is what is used in replace of sugar in diet soda's?

One of my high school teachers told me that the guy that was mostly responsible for aspartame getting FDA approval got a job paying 7 figures with the company that created it shortly after it's approval.
kinda shady.
