24oz bottle of Diet Mt Dew, 0 calories
I drink 2 of those at work to stay awake ...
a potential 660 calories vs 0 calories.

The only time I really drink soda is when I'm pulling an all nighter to do homework, or woke up early to do homework, or just need to do homework. Then I chug a 20 oz bottle of Mountain Dew every coupla hours. But pretty much the last homework assignment I'll ever have to do is due in an hour, so I guess that's not much more soda drinking.
(This is of course not counting all of the tonic water I drink with gin when out at the bars. I'm pretty sure it has a buncha sugar in it.
