do you want to edit the cue file to make multiple tracks 1 big one?
you can always remove the 2 second gap between songs to make one seamless cd.

in Nero, you can drag and drop mp3's and wav's directly into the "create audio cd" window.
if you make an iso, you don't need the cue file and can burn it directly.
