I went to this Messican joint called, Diego's Taco Shop.

Ordered a Beef Burritio Combo with Taco and Cheese Enchilada. Then took it home and ate.

it was a heavy soup with cilantro, beans, onions, chicken, etc with a few fried tortilla strips on top. mmmmmm

that sounds like "caldo de pollo" not a fan of it myself but my family wuvs it with a passion.
