Chuckie gonna get fired if they catch him doing this h:

It's unlawful manipulation of a business computer system and is most likely defined in your contract as illegal activity. Your job though.

Here's a few ways... Depends on what all you can do while your locked down.

1)Offline NT Password and Registry Editor

2) boot up while booting press F8 to get into save mode
Click "ADMINISTATOR" (its hidden in normal mode, but unlocked in safemode)
then just change ur rights

3)How can I gain access to a Windows NT/2000/XP/2003

However, I would not mess with the registry and system files if you don't know what your doing. h:

EDIT: just saw this is for a government job/computer.... dont mess with that shit

How about CTRL+ALT+DELETE, doesn't that give you an option to change your password?

What OS are you running? In Windows 2000 you can normally press CTRL ALT DELETE and you'll have an option but from what I just read above, you've already tried that. Sounds like you are part of the "Locked Users" OU. Can't you just call into your Helpdesk or speak to an admin to change it for you?

EDIT: NM. Someone beat me to it.
