Once again I need an FTP program and don't want to use Windoze built in program because it sucks balls.

h:I asked for a legit free program for FTP not a hacked piece I can potentially have to answer for. There are reasons I want it legit or I would go to my usual sources to get the program you mention

I need to have a legit program in my comp for legal reasons that I would rather not go into, but basically I have to be able to explain how I am doing my transfers and using the Windows client is not an option really.
