-Yahoo Traffic - live local traffic hazards and reports
-Dopplar Rader - live weather doppler radar
-TV Tracker - tv guide
-Air Traffic Control - displays all wireless networks in area
-Dash Monitors - displays all system resources/usage/etc.

I use WikiPedia, Dictionary, Capture, the default Weather one and one called TailDash that allows you to watch log files.
There's an option in Safari, to "Automatically Open Safe Files," if that's turned on and you download a Widget, it automatically installs, as I'm sure you know.
Unfortunatly, in theory, that can also download and install a Widget that is, well, less than ideal.
Since I'm a lazy bastard and didn't want to disable that feature, I downloaded a background widget that watches for when a widget is automatically downloaded/opened, and says "Do you want to install this widget?" that way you have no worries of some random site dumping a widget at you without you knowing it. Of course, if that did happen, you could just delete the widget, but still.
I highly, highly recommend it. It's nice because when you download a widget after the "protection widget" is installed, it'll just ask you "Hey, you've downloaded a widget that is trying to install, do you want to let it? Yes, No, and if no, you can choose to delete it" Pretty neat.
Get it from here: http://macupdate.com/info.php/id/18039
Read the readme to see how to test it to make sure it's working.
Again, you can always just go into your Safari Preferences and DISABLE "automatically opening safe files," and then from that point forward you'd just have to unzip and double click on the widget you downloaded for it to install -- but if you're lazy like me and want the automation of widget installs, with the safety and security of knowing you won't have some random site dump an evil widget your way, this is a must.

I know it doesn't take much to unzip and click on the Widget, but the more automated it is the happier I am.
As you know, Safari is the only browser that allows this to occur; So this little "World Watcher" Widget, or whatever it's called, is a good compromise of ensuring I don't have a Widget I didn't ask for, being installed.
i use safari to d/l widgets...so i'll be using that widget watcher from now on. the automatic install is pretty neat.

Note that the Widget Watcher won't actually show up as a Widget anywhere, it's basically just a script that keeps and eye on your Widget folders, and when it detects a change it pops up a dialog prompt.
Widgets that wouldn't normally install automatically on their own, obviously won't apply to the "Widget Watcher." (Basically Widgets that when unzipped are INSIDE a folder can't install automatically, or Widgets that aren't zipped and instead are STUFFIT files, etc.)
Apple created a list of requirements, or guidelines to packaging a Widget so it works with auto-install; So by default when the Widget unzips it's just supposed to be that .WDGT file by itself, not inside a folder or anything. Sometimes you get people who don't listen or follow the rules, and as such they unzip into a folder, with the Widget inside that folder, auto-install will never work (no matter what browser you use) for those, because that's not how Apple designed them to be "packaged."
Just a heads up.
