Okay I admit it, I'm a lazy, procrastinatin bastid
I had a final for one of my classes this morning at 7:45. I also had a 7-10 page paper due for it at the beginning of the final.
I started writing the paper at about 11 last night, and then managed to read thru the whole thing and do rewrites not once but twice. By the time I printed it out it was about 7:30. I live 4 blocks away from the building this class is in, and the building happens to have a garage under it, so I hopped in the car and drove the whole four blocks to turn in the paper and take the test.
Once I got there I remembered the prof had told us to give a self addressed stamped envelope if we wanted to get out papers back with grades on em, but I hadn't brought mine with me. When I finished the test there were a few people still working, so I told the prof I live real close and I could have my envelope in like 5 mins. He seemed a bit skeptical but said fine. I then hopped back in the car, went home, quickly got the envelope ready, and brought it back. One girl was still taking the test. I said, "see I told ya I live really close," and he was pretty amazed.
Now that's done. All I have left are two more take-home exams, then it's off to the wonderful world of gainful employment.
