Is there such a thing?
I didn't know where I could put this and I've searched it also... so is there a such thing as "Long Blocks" for honda or any engines? Like, does the 4-door GSR's have a Long Block B18c? or does it only have a regular block? Thanks for the info.

I think this guy is confused. The long block vs. short block refers to what you get when you buy an engine package. The long block comes with everything, pistons, head, waterpump, oil pump, pretty much everything. A shortblock is just the block by its self. Maybe includes the pistons, but that's it.
The two designations do not refer to the actual sizes, which is what I think you are saying.

Long block is the block and head.........most of the time, especially if you buy from a dealership will be fully assembled
Short block is just the block.........and again usually consists of everything in the block unless otherwise stated........
