Default procrastination poll

when you procrastinate to write a paper, do you feel bad and make the dat eon the paper reflect an earlier date? like you do it on the 7th and it's due on the 8th and you write the 5th?

or do you put the date it's due

or do you just do it on time

or just put the date you did it on the paper

I usually finish writing immediately before I head off to class, so if it's due on the 8th I finish it on the 8th and date it for the 7th.

As long as you finish the paper by the time its due, who cares what date you write at the top. I wonder how many professors actually care about the date, they know people could write any date they want there.

When I need to have a date on a paper and I procrastinate (which I invariably do) I put an earlier date on there so as to seem like less of a procrastinator.

Last week I had a paper due at 6pm on wednesday. I started the thing at 3pm on that wednesday, finished with like 2 minutes to spare and still managed an A paper. But I didn't need to put a date on it. haha. If I did I would've put an earlier one
