Why the HELL is it raining!!?
Yea its freaking raining! Its May dammit, it was sunny and hot 2 days ago, and now its raining! This sucks. Anymore rain throughout the bay?

is your hearing going bad too? :fawk:
it's normal every 4-6years. this is no where near as bad as in 83 when just about all the fuggin streets in south bay flooded! in MAY!

My hearing is just fine thank you very much :fawk: No i havent heard it happends every 4-6 yrs. Still sucks though i want warmth! its good for my health dammit! This cold kills me.

Well see, a low pressure cell develops over the ocean. It forms into a spinning cell and gathers energy as it moves across the water. It gets moisture from the ocean, and eventually moves onshore causing precipitation to fall over dry land.
