so the roommate is $100 short this month
said he has some money problems and will pay the difference next month 
but i know for a fact that he went to the sac kings game on sunday and thats at least $100 from a scalper

Tell him for everyday he's late you are tacking on $5-20 as interest. If he doesn't pay you by the 15th then kick him out.

So he spent is rent money on bball tickets...
give him a week to come up w/ the money or tell him to find a new place to live.
