pull-ups vs. chin ups?

Sort of like pull downs on a machine.

Chin-ups are harder to do because you use smaller muscle groups.

Whereas pull-ups work biceps and shoulders which are larger muscle groups.

I found out last week I was able to do a one arm pull-up

hard yes, but not video worthy....when I was in top shape for football I could do 1 one armed chin up

I am not going to do it again. I was in pain for like 3 days afterwards
