Is that the apartment, or the house?

And what type of stuff is it you can't do in an apartment? I mean, aside from working on my car I can do everything I'd want to do, and I have friends with places I can work on my car at.

So you think $700/month is expensive for a 1-bedroom apartment?

That's gotta be more than 500 sq ft. My 1 bed, 1 bath is 650 sq ft.
