SO im working at circuit city for over a year. I was a salesman in the television dept and one day my friend makes this tremendously big sale. SO after work im chilling with him and he tells me tha thim and another co-worker met this Pro-football player who pays someone to make fake credit cars under other peoples names. are replica cards that really swipe through the machine with real people's names, car numbers, and expiration dates. SO this co-worker tells me that whenever they put a sale through for this guy that he lets them get whatever they want form circuit city and they ask me if i want to get down. At first i say No and then a couple of montsh later they ask me again, and temptation gets to me because they have all this expensive stuff (plasma's home theatre systems, car system, just to name a FEW) so i decided to do it. SO i dod it a couple of times and everything goes find. Then something goes wrong and the guy handed my friend a womans credit card and on camera they see that he is a male. So everything is unraveled and we all get caught. And i snitch on the pro-football player. Ok so no CIrcuit city is charging me with 24g's. No im no rich kid so i couldn't get a lawyer but the other two co-defendents get one. this happend last yr in July and my sentencing is on June 1st. The othe rtwo employees were only charged with 16g's and 3 g's because that is all they were caught for. SO there lawyers put forth that money for them so both of them go off on prohbaton. No now some one has to take the fall so my lawyer recommends that i get 5g's by my sentencing so that the judge will see that im trying to pay the money back and only give me prohbation.. SO far i have 4600 so i am almost there but this whole thing is a lot for a 19 yr old to be going through. Even though i was 18 when it happened. THe most jail-time i could get is 6 months but 6 months is scary for my little ass...... THey never even caught the pro-football player even though in my opinion they had enough evidence to get him.....i guess if you do the crime then you have to face the consequences.
