tire help///
Alright, 205/40/17 tire size. I have been running Kumho Ecsta Supra 712s for like 3 yrs, and its time to replace. I'll be using all year since its miami. I want:
-less than $100/tire (about the same cost as the kumhos)
-good in rain
-decent tread wear (the kumhos weren't terrible, but lost rain grip after a year)
I don't auto x or hit the track any more..i want daily driver tires that can hold a corner. please suggest and comment good bad.
Thanks

I run Yoko AVS ES100's, they're an okay all around tire. Some complain that they're loud, but I don't really notice. They hold up okay, when I do spirited driving. I don't know if they'll last three years, I went 20k on my last set (235/40/17).
I think I'm going to bump up to T1S tires later, better grip, since I should be autoxing by then

I drive in miami with those tires anyway so im familiar with how good wet rain tires are needed. Driving from New York to Miami ( especially in Jacksonville/ Daytona Beach ) its always raining.
I've already put about 10k miles on these tires and they still look brand new.( drove to miami about 4 times on these tires ) Also, these are my second set.
