You would be suprised if you just try it for a week, make sure you are eating right, and take vitamins, how much more energy you have through the day...

i hate mornings, but i find if i drink liquor the night before i wake up ALOT easier

the hard part will be getting up that first day. I never seem to have energy in the morning but I am flying at night and usually have a hard time getting to sleep since I have energy at that time. I guess it is worth a shot though.

i wouldn't be able to run in the mornings. when i wake up my feet and legs hurt. takes like an hour for it to go away.

Iam the exact same way. iam always up till about 1 or 2 and have to wake up at 530 h:
