i was thinking compare getting a college education here in the states compared to over in england. ( i have a friend who lives there). is that correct?

I think its something like this:
ie: if you take Asians (average income level, education level or whatever data you can gather from that ethnic group) and compare them to Hispanics (average income level, education level etc..) how do the differences affect the two groups.
