is it possible to remove/upload pics from an old cellphone that no longer has a connection? I have some pics on my old sanyo 8100 and I want to know if theres a way for me to upload the pics into my computer :dunno:

put the simcard in send it take the simcard out.

it didnt use a sim card :dunno: well I dont think so I took the battery off and there was no card in there.

I guess if you have a data cable of said phone that hooks up to the computer, I don't see why not. Though I don't know if service is needed to turn on a phone to access its other functions on a non GSM phone.

yeah I did some searching and I can access it with a usb cable I can purchase for $29.99 they also show some software I can purchase but I dont know if I need it for extracting the pics, its sold seperatly.

u need the usb cable if u want ur pics...i dont know bout software...get the usb and c if u can get to it. if not, get that software...

Bitpim supports that phone to pull the phonebook and pictures off and its free

all you need is a data cable, they're like $5-10 on ebay
if you're in socal i can let you borrow the cable

I appreciate your offer but im in central cali :happysad: but you dont happen to have a link to an ebay sale of the needed cable? or if you just tell me which cable specifically too look for because I have no clue which one to use. TIA

just plug "sanyo 8100 data cable" into ebay's search and a bunch should pop up
