His latest victim was claimed yesterday on the 55 freeway, fortunately he survived after being shot in the neck. This has been going on for the past two months, namely on freeways I and a few others here usually go on. I'd link an article but I'm too lazy to find one where you don't have to register to view it.

I just got back from checking out my car at the shop, I had to use the 55 to get there and noticed there's a shitload more cops. They didn't look like traffic violations were their highest priority. :nervous:
