Wow. I don't think he's going anywhere for a LONG time. Takes a snake like a week to digest a mouse. How long for that? 
And that looks like a wallaby not a kangaroo. But as the boa swallows the animal it's digestive juices go to work. Plus it constricts the body as it goes deeper into the animal. But man that is alot of stretching the boa is doing to swallow.
