What has more in both Performance and "quiteness"
the rs*r on the 240sx is 3in piping made for turbo. Anyways the rs*r design has changed twice i think when i got my old one for my integra it was a stainless muffler with nonstainless pipes (it alludes me right now to what is was) anyways my vote is RS*R

Spending all that money on an SMSP header only to cap it off with a restrictive bolt-on catback seems like a big waste to me.
Of your choices I would go with 4b with the addition of a 2.5" high flow cat to please my inner tree hugger.

if you have a smsp header i would suggest going with one of his exhausts as well. you dont want any bottlenecks if you want max performance.
my brother had option 4 on his gsr except he had an 18" resonator instead of the 22" along with a carsound cat and jdm itr 4-1 header. it was a little raspy while below vtec which could have been negated with the bigger resonator but above 4400 it screamed. a good scream.
as for the mugen muffler, might as well get a hytech. same twin loop design but in 2.5".
