Depends when im going to stop, downshift and brake at the same time.... then put it in neutral.
On a turn, i heel toe y0 i try to go sidewayz.....on every single turn :driving: *no i dont...*
honestly i dont know.... except for the stopping one...
heel toe when coming to a stop? wtf for?
there is no point unless you really want to gain the pole position for the next stop light.
I just brake while in gear then pop it into neutral before coming to a stop.

While turning, or slowing for a light that is already green, or slowing on an offramp, I heel toe or rev match.
Coming to a complete stop, I brake while in gear, then go into neutral.

If I'm carrying a good deal of speed and need to downshift for a turn I will do a heel-toe.
If it's just putzing around town and I'm going mostly slow enough for the turn I will give a little brake and then downshift.
Technically you don't want to be coasting through a turn in neutral because you don't have the ability to steer the car with the throttle.
