Yeah, i think wendy's outta sue her. Teach those losers trying to ruin someones reputation for a quick buck to think twice. I knew something fishy was up... she didnt seem too suprised.

She's already going to jail, no point in sueing her, I think wendy's said there is no oney tehy can get from her.
Also the attempted grand larcaney is from the money wendy's lost while the whole incident was going on. Thats what the SJPD said in their press conference.
