I can get a list of local hotels. Ones that you wouldn't have to travel more than 15 minutes or so. Another option is to book a cabin or two. That can be a cheap alternative to paying per hotel room and everyone that will be staying over will be in the same area. PM if you're looking into lodging. I'll see how many people we're looking at and get some prices for everyone.

RSVP? No not right away. But the point of this thread is to put together whatever relavent info I can so as to organize the meet, carpools, lodging etc.

i dont think that 4 hours is that long of a trip.. i wuold probably consider driving that far, ive always wanted to go to a han meet

yea, not a bad idea, say we get enough people to go from va, we can carpool or whatever. 4 hours is not too bad.
