Not sure how much I bench right now. I haven't benched using a bar in a long time. I have been benching using dumbells and since I don't have a spotter 99% of the time I never go all out for fear of hurting myself. Besides my dumbells only go up to 125lbs each :rick:

I dunno what I can bench right now... I haven't tried to max in a while as I haven't had a workout partner, and I ain't gonna try to max without a spotter 
Currently, though, I'm doing 3 sets of 10 @ 170lbs, which is 1/4th of my chest workout... Not my best, but decent.
