NYU Law Student vs. Antonin Scalia
A New York University law student asked Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia "Do you sodomize your wife?"
Scalia was being honored by the NYU School of Law's student-run Annual Survey of American Law on April 12. A gay student asked him that question. The student has authored an explanatory letter which is posted at:

I think Scalia had every right to say "none of your damn business" to the student, just as every individual has the right to tell the government that thier sex life is none of the government's business.
