I was using my internet and then it just shuts down. the modem and router both work. I tried reinstalling the drivers for the ethernet card. but for some reason the install keeps going to "not responding" i tried to "roll back" the drivers and my computer did the "not responding" thing again.

Any ideas on how to fix?

 

Ya, throw it out the window. If you can't make it work you don't need it.

my internet sucks bawlz.... we have wireless and it has to go through a lot of walls before it gets here.

i tried restarting the computer off but the computer couldnt fully shutdown. so i tried to reboot in safemode and then shutdown and now it works. i dunno what happened tho
