When I worked at CC, the guys in the back knew there stuff. Most of them could do it pretty quick too. I learned a lot from them on breaks and days off.
I don't know about best buy, but I bet the same is true.

it come in yet? did you try what i told you to do? unplug the battery and plug it back in? that's what happened to mine i didn't have bass or sub control at the start until i unplugged the battery and plugged it back in.
