Default computer peeps, need some help

I'm trying to save a video clip from online but the cliip is in the browser and I can't right click save as... it just saves the web page its in. Anyone know how to save or record it? Link is here-

I just tried to put this video on a cd and it seems as if it is still a streaming video. Plus the fact that it is only 204 bytes. Is there a program or something that I can use to record the video?

videolan or streamdown will work
