Perhaps the world's fastest BMW Isetta (a.k.a. Steve Urkel car)
So yeah this BMW Isetta has a custom chassis and a Suzuki Hayabusa 1300 cc motorcycle engine complete with the sequential transmission controled by pushbuttons on the steering wheel.
