I have used Cytogainer in the past, and am running out of it...I like it. I may try something different though.

I'm still losing weight since I last posted, I'm down to about 238-239. thats proably about another 5lbs or so since my last post, and about 40lbs since I started. Watching what I eat and still doing a good amount of cardio on the elipitical cross country machine.

Ellipticals are awesome... I wish I had one at home... I would be super cut up if I had one at my disposal....

the PX on base has hella cheap protein. they sell five gallon jugs of designer whey (www.designerwhey.com) for $2.99. if u got a military buddy tell him to bring u on base so u can get some if ur interested.
