Is it just me, or do these guys have terrible service? The product is always good when you get it, but they NEVER return calls or emails, are somewhat rude on the phone, and just NEVER EVER get back to you when you ask them about something. I wish summit racing sold japanese crap :happysad:

yea i heard they sucked at giving customers feedback, but their products are good.

yepp products are good stuff, i can see how customer service could suck, but hey the product is good and thats what matters ultimately. I bought my h22 from them about 3 years ago. Good stuff tip top condition.

Yeah, they don't call. :happysad: But I bought a jdm front end from them. It was packaged nicely and stuff.

Not very many people working there. I think the main guy is named Mike? I think that's his name, but he's the only one that answers phones and takes orders. Love their products though.

Yea, I think a lot of it is that kids will just call and bullshit and ask him what to do. Since he's not exactly customer service he just wants to be able to answer a few simple questions and make the sell. When you're as busy as he is he doesn't have to be choosy with his customers cause they'll come to him no matter what. That's just how I look at it.
