straight forward, looking at about 1.5 hours if you aren't mechanically inclined.

With Vac booster?
Without: 2 out of 5 wrenches less than 1 hour (1 being doing your own oil change to 5 being rebuild your engine.)
With: 3 out of 5 wrenches, about 2 hours.
The PITA is getting up under the footwell and praying that the part comes with the proper fork/pedal throw adjustment. Mine didn't so it took me an extra hour of screwing the adjustment up and down to find the proper brake pedal location.

It takes two people to do it after finished. Bleeding it, that is. One to pump the brake, and the other to turn the nuts and do the bleeding at each wheel. Actually changing the master cylinder is simple. At least it was on my CRX.
