Default Gosh dang that reckless driver! <rant>

This happened about 30 minutes ago. I was on my way to my vocational school and I was coming up on this van. I get halfway up to it and all of a sudden, I see a blinker come on. Immediately after that, the van jumped over onto my lane, not a slow crawl, but a jump. My immediate reaction was to swerve to the right, hit the brakes, and honk. Even after honking, the driver took a while to realize that...

"Oh, gosh! Hey! There's a car there!

What pissed me off is that his recklessness would've probably killed me, as there was a semi coming up on my right and two more trucks coming up behind me.

Sorry, just had to express my anger. He sped off after that too.

Yep. There are surely some no drives out there. I always change lanes slowly in case there is a car in your blind spot. I also have the little mirrors on the sideview mirrors in a large van that i drive, which helps to prevent a blind spot. Also, some people think, just because they switch on the blinker, they have the right away to change lanes.

i would've just pushed on the vans left rear corner to send it spinning into the right lane. that'll teach them.

I never wanted to do that. Disabling the seatbelt and the seatbelt reminder beeper are two different things.

yeh, but disablining the reminder is useless if you are going to wear the seatbelt...

then you would have a bigger space between your fender and bumper :fawk: if i were you i would have sped up and cut him off. that'll learn him!

edit: wouldnt he spin to the left lane if you pushed on the left rear corner?
