most restaurants around garden grove/westminster are usually packed on weekends, especially for dim sum after like 12pm, and i think most places stop serving around 2/3pm? the parking lot is big enough but i'm not sure about actual parking, then again i don't like to drive through those areas since most people can't drive worth @#!% around there so i dont know how crowded/empty that actual lot usually is. ^^
