Default Help on dealing with dealership

Okay.. any type of expertise is appriciated here.
As some of you know.. I bought my Teg a few months ago from an Acura dealership. They claimed it wasn't in an accident, and it was certified (which means inspection, no?)

Here are the problems I've had to fix so far

I had to replace one of the sockets the light bulb fits into because it was utterly destroyed (highbeam bulb)
The windshield squirter wouldn't work. I would hear the motor running, and the back sprayer worked, but not the front. Then, on a fluke, while wiring up the new light socket, I played with the windshield wipers, and the squirters worked.
Yay!
Put the hood down.. they didn't work.
Boo!
Hood up.
Work
Hood down.
No work.
realised that the tube was not aligned in the proper hole under the windshield grille, so I had to pry that up and fix that. Mind you, I had brought this to the dealerships attention.. they claimed the tubes were frozen and just put some crap in to melt them.

The car would jerk violently to either the left or right when breaking and when stepping on the break. The car came with directional tires... THEY WERE MOUNTED BACKWARDS!

No ashtray

No cig lighter (I quit smoking but it's nice to have a complete car)

and, it's more then obvious the front end was busted up. My hood says made in Taiwan and the bumper doesn't have the "INTEGRA" stamp and just doesn't fit like it should.. Fenders are stock.. but.. yeah.. so.. obviously SOMETHING happened to the front end.

Anyway.. Any ideas on what I should or can do on dealing with the dealer?

Directional or asymmetric? If they're directional, just swap the tires from side to side... asyms, you would have to remount the tires...

I'd call them and complain...but it seems like thats stuff you should have looked at while u were buying it and not a month after, they might try and dick you around since its been a month, but its worth a shot.

You have it backwards. Directional tires would have to be remounted..if you swap the rim to the other side, it would be rotating backwards.

They already were running backwards, so making backwards running tires run backwards = run forwards

Doh, I didn't read. Reading > me. h:

As for your situation Janna, unless it was a certified preowned car or you have a warranty, there's not much you can do I don't think. Used cars are sold as-is...releases the seller from any liability. It may have been in an accident but never reported...just fixed...so it wouldn't show up on the vin report. Might want to give them a call and ask to speak to the manager...couldn't hurt.
