I was at Blockbuster the other night and there were two teenagers in front of me paying $28.33 in change! 
h: No they weren't rolled up and they didn't have pennies but it was hilarious watching the girl behind the counter all pissed off counting the change. They had 3 $1 dollar bills, a few sets of quarters, and the rest was all in dimes and nickles. The best part was 10min later when the counting was finished, they gave her $28.35 and said "Since you were so nice and counted this for us, you can keep the change."
You should have seen the look on her face. She ended up giving them their 2 cents back. :rofl:
