Default 1st wash on fresh paint...tips

what up,

Well i picked my car up 3 weeks ago from the paint booth. so its time to wash her up for the 1st time. I was wondering if i should use a sponge or a lamb's wool wash mit? whats better and easyer on my paint?

lemme know asap so i can go wash my baby...

I just dropped some sand into the wash water......made the paint shine like no other

Use a new wash mit, with no dirt on it. Use a good soap, Kit comes to mind.

lol..yea i'm gonna add some sand to the kitchen soap..i heard its the best combo!

it just got painted, how bout a 1000 grit wet sand? Get rid of any runs!

wash in the shade. i would use a cloth to wash. constantly soak and dip the cloth after wiping a small section if it has dirt on there. don't forget the wet the car before you start.
