Default How to make all Windows maximize?

Browsing through with IE how do you make all Windows Maximize automatically when you open in new windows?

Well I just conducted a little experiment and it works for me. Open IE. If the window is not maximized, maximize it immedeately, then close it completely using the X at the top right. Open IE again. It should be fully maximized.

if your opening IE through a shortcut, right click on it, where it says "Run:" it will have "Normal Window, Minimized, Maximized" Select Maximized.

nope none of that worked. I have HAN open for instance: going through the posts I right click on a thread, and select "Open Link in New Window", when that window opens up it's not maximized.
