yea yea yea... you can also hoolahoop a damn cheerio, so shaddap! :fawk:

like was said, cardio works best. Also, try side crunches.

I've been lazy for the past two weeks, but lost 8lbs

I did some weights today, going to go for a walk tonight and do some crunches on my exercise ball :reechy:

take in less calories and jog a lot..........you can't really target 1 area for fat loss but you will eventually start to lose it

unfortunately crunches aren't really going to help you lose your love handles. It will work the ab muscles below your flab but it isn't going to make your love handles disappear..........losing fat isn't something you can just localize to one area.............its an all over process. However you did hit up the other big ones though of cardio and diet..........

My ab workouts (involving more than crunches) helped me to lose flab...but they were pretty intense.

If you really want to know the scientifics of it, you lose fat from the outside in.

It starts from your face, arms and legs and works inward towards your midsection, thus the handles being the last to go.

It is also a good idea to do some lower back exercises. That will tighten the skin up back there a little more and make your love handles appear smaller than they actually are.

lower abs are great with hanging leg raises, using a swiss ball and putting it almost under you butt and making your lower abs do a lot of the work.

Also putting your legs in the air while doing crunches, scissor kicks, and doing a frog type cruch as stated in the mens health article.
